	Steven A. Selchow DDS, MD Owner and Medical Director Dr. Selchow is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate and dental degrees at the University of Minnesota and received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences, Antigua. He completed his clinical medical rotations at hospitals in the Twin Cities. His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency was completed at the University of Illinois, Chicago. In addition to his work at Rejuv, Dr. Selchow also performs facial cosmetic surgery at his Dakota Valley practices in Eagan and Lakeville, MN. Dr. Selchow is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and has been in private practice since 1991.
	Kathryn Consultant Kathryn is an experienced consultant whose smile and friendly demeanor make all our patients feel welcome. Her commitment to excellence in patient education allows our patients to feel confident that their needs will be handled confidentially and their issues resolved properly.
	Jill Medical Esthetician Jill has been working in the medical spa industry for over seven years. She graduated from La James College in Iowa City, Iowa. She was formally on staff at Advanced Medical Institute of Eagan for over three years as a clinician / consultant. She also has worked for a board certified dermatologist, specializing in acne treatments. Jill is a certified laser technician, an expert in hair removal, photo rejuvenation, and has experience with many skin disorders and laser equipment.
	Stephanie Medical Esthetician Stephanie has been working in the medical spa industry for several years. She graduated from Scot Lewis Schools in Bloomington, Minnesota. She was formally on staff at Advanced Medical Institute of Eagan for over three years as a clinician. She is a certified laser technician and eyelash extensionist. She is an expert in hair removal, photorejuvenation, and has experience with many skin disorders, laser equipment, and cosmetics.
	Lori Medical Esthetician Lori has been working in the medical spa industry for over nine years. She graduated from Regency Beauty Academy in Blaine, Minnesota. She was formally on staff at Advanced Medical Institute of Eagan for over five years as a clinician / instructor. She is a certified laser technician, an expert in hair removal, photorejuvenation, and has experience with many skin disorders and laser equipment.
	Kathryn Administrative Assistant Kathryn has worked as a team leader in the health and fitness industry for over twenty-five years. As an administrative assistant, Kathryn now enjoys the administrative side of the cosmetic image enhancement industry.
	Wally Schmelz Marketing Director Wally is the founder, senior marketing director, and former owner of Advanced Medical Institute, Inc., Emerging Solutions, Inc., and International Hair Clinics, Inc. After spending the past two decades creating, marketing, building and eventually selling his successful image enhancement franchises, Mr. Schmelz has joined Dr. Selchow’s team of professionals at Rejuv.
	Bill Joy, RN Injection Specialist Formally with Begin with Your Skin Medspa and some other area Medspas. Bill is trained in all aspects of skin care and has spent the past 15 years in aesthetic skin care specializing in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, and Radiesse.
